1% Commission Bonus on TriVysta Production issued from 4/4/16 to 6/30/16.
The bonus period will run from April 4th, 2016 until June 30th, 2016. Business must be issued during the qualification period. Any cases still pending on July 1st, 2016 will not receive the bonus. No exceptions will be made.
